I have 2017 Rubicon that has 61100 miles on it. At 60550. the stabilizer bar on the rear axle broke the mount. Took it to the local dealer and they said that since i was over 60000, the repair fell under the Extended Warranty. Okay that was why I bought it. Well the inspector came in and said that since I had a aftermarket lift kit on it the damage was not covered. Also I had been off road with it and that also voids the warranty. Long story short I had to pay for the repairs and the rental car out of pocket. According to the Extended Warranty people, even if I had the Mopar parts, since it was lifted, it was not covered. When I purchased the warranty, I asked the sales person about lifting it and was told as long as I did not lift more than 2 inches, everything was covered. Now the TRUTH comes out.

Tell them about the Magnuson Moss Warranty Act
Magnuson Moss Warranty Act
The onus is on them to prove your lift caused the failure.

You believed a salesperson?
Did you purchase Jeep extended warranty or a aftermarket warranty? Sounds like a aftermarket warranty, ask for your money back, if they wont cover anything then it is useless. Get a refund.
