The new owners of ROF pulled the plug on lifetime membership but I'll ask if the policy has changed or can be changed.
There was no interest in the lifetime memberships and they were removed some time ago. At this time we are not looking to re-add them.

That's not exactly correct, it was a dictate from Verticalscope when they bought ROF.There was no interest in the lifetime memberships and they were removed some time ago. At this time we are not looking to re-add them.

From my understanding it was this reason as to why they were removed, and by some time ago, I mean when the site was purchased. That's not exactly correct, it was a dictate from Verticalscope when they bought ROF.
Yes the membership is auto-renew. You can check the status of it by logging into your PayPal account.Does the premium membership renew automatically?
I know... I just figured I'd keep asking and pestering to show I'm still interested. As per previously stated, they were removed and not looking to be added again.
The premium memberships are auto-renew, so its kinda like a lifetime![]()

Mac was financially struggling to keep ROF going and he had to downsize the server capabilities to balance the books. Performance was so bad many users bailed out. The new owners are a sort of white knight, Mac doesn't have to worry about adding paid users to keep the lights on and the new owners have the resources for plenty of server capacity to provide excellent forum performance. So I'm for one a happy camper......However, I hate the idea that the money goes to some company that doesn't seemingly care about the community.
