Looking at how the frame mounted Tomken 1337-S rock slider installs. The front mounts to the control arm bracket - any concerns with this mounting.

Anyone with experience to comment?

They look securely mounted and plenty tough. I think they are plenty strong for wheeling. The only exception might be if you plan to wheel in rocks, boulders with near constant contact. What kind of wheeling do you do?

As far as mounting to the control arm mount, I see no issues with how it's done.

Western USA. Rocks. Moderate to difficult trails. I think next the Jeep is at the shop I use that does some fab work I'll see if they can reinforce.

Those look fine. I use my Rockmen sliders sometimes to spin around a rock obstacle - I'll get the slider right against the rock (or whatever) and work my way into a very tight turn.
