ya, they have spent hours talking with me both in the shop and on the phone lol. A lot of patience no doubt since I love picking their brains ha ha

I guess they are better with thier out of state customers than they are with the in state, Oh well. :roll:

Sorry Kidmugg, this thread was having people post up their experiences about a company and I posted mine. I didnt think it was out of line.

I was under the impression that this forum encouraged folks to express their opinion on subjects where opinions may differ. Someones experience with a certain vendor may be different than someone elses, but it doesn't necessarily make one person right and another person wrong. Opinions are like ***holes, everybody has one. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all.

Don't think he was saying your in the wrong with what you were saying RCH. your right everyone can post their good or bad opinions of any company on here.

I just happen to have good luck with them on customer service and they take pretty good care of me, and the same can be said for a lot of people. Every company is going to have people that don't like them. Its life, get over it lol. No reason to say a dumb comment like this "but I guess your opinion over-rules all others."

I am just riding the fence and watching.

I can respect everybodys opinion here; I know everybody has different experiences with different vendors. You can catch anybody on a bad day or an order can get screwed up and cause bad feelings. I will say both Rokmen and Northridge 4x4 have about 90% of my business with my Jeep build and I couldn't be happier with the products and customer service that these guys provide. I hope everybody has a great Christmas and hope to meet more of you guys on the trails.

I'm all for everyone sharing their opinion... I wasn't referring to that as "hate"... I was referring to the brown-nosing comment as hate toward the previous posters.

Personally, my experiances with Rokmen have always been very positive! Great products, fair prices, and knowledgable people on the other end of the phone is always a great combination!

I might add I can be a very cranky old SOB at times!
