The rear differential locker air pump for my 2003 Jeep Rubicon (TJ) has failed. I called my local Jeep dealer and found out that the part is no longer made.

Does anyone know of an aftermarket part I could purchase to replace?

Supposedly the Some Kia models used the same pump.
Kia part number 510303E100.
You might also search the wrecking yards and check Davey’s Jeep.
Additionally, check through the locker pump posts on this forum as I recall there is a company that was doing rebuild exchange on them.

Do not use a regular compressor, the locker pumps operate at a low pressure, about 5 psi. Are you sure it is the compressor and not the locker swtch, they go frequently.

Welcome to ROF. A few months ago, there was a company that refurbished lockers. I don’t remember anyone from the forum actually giving feedback from their experience with them. I would probably mention them by name if I had. I had ARB‘s on my ‘84 CJ and plan to go that route with any of my own locker failures of any type.

There you go. Hopefully you can be successful. I noticed this source has two posts over the last five months.
