I use only WIX (Napa Gold is WIX).
I've been seeing various Mopar oil filters at Wal-Mart but I haven't paid any attention to what sizes they have.TenaciousTJ said:... but go with the factory recommened 5w-20 and either a Mobil 1 filter, or OEM Mopar one as long as they don't charge $75 for it at the stealership.
Hard to justify changing it yourself when it's that cheap to have the dealer do it.mac said:my oil and filter is changed by my Dealer
it`s 19.95 OTD

motor is covered under warranty and the Dealer takes care of any issues on my JK
example:
complete rear axle <--- 100% replaced
transmission leak <---- 100% covered
power steering issue <--- 100% covered
Nav Radio <--- replaced 2 times
Front brake problem <--- 100% covered Fronts ( I had them replace the rear brakes at the same time )
i`m very satisfied with the service on the JK
my TJ <--- 4" LA AiROCK they fixed the tranny and axle seals TB rebuild covered
my YJ <----- replaced rear 100% complete axle ( it was out of warranty by years not by miles )
in my opinion...
it pays in the long run to do simple maintenance with them.
