Just noticed Mac didn't start a weight loss topic for 2020 so here we are 馃 .

In the last couple of months I've been on a mission to lose 10 or 15 pounds and I'm finally back to size 34 pants with my old gun belt. I cut out all sweets and I'm eating just a little less for the evening meal but the secret sauce (for me) is physical activity. I've been really busy around the ranch getting spring chores done and have been up close and personal with a pick and shovel.

You've had a lot on your plate (pun intended  ) in the last few months. I started porking up when I was dealing with prostate cancer five years ago, I almost gave up on the idea of getting back into 34" pants.

For me the jeans have always been the same size, but now I can breathe.
