Mysterious noise

Hey there web guru's... So after my last trip through Mottino Wash I have this noise coming from what sounds like the rear of the vehicle. The noise is almost like some thing is rubbing against the side wall tread of the tire during slow speed deceleration. Nothing is near the tires or the drive shafts. My thought was the t-case, drive shaft, or rear end. Checked the t-case and rear end for fluid, both fine. What are your thoughts to the carrier bolts loosening up allowing the carrier and ring gear to shift and possibly rub inside during deceleration? Just grasping at this point and looking for some input before I pull the diff cover.

Thanks,
Josh

It is possible that one of the axels is twisted. I got the same thing with mine when I spun the right rear. Put iot up on jack stand and run it while watching the tires or have some one follow you while driving it. Sure hope I am wrong.
Are you talking about the shaft? I had bent the flange on the driver side factory flange which made the wheel kind of wobble a few years back. What does a twisted shaft cause the wheels to do? Any thoughts on the ring gear bolts being loose possibily causing my issue? Dont every one jump in at once.
Yes I am talking about the shaft. I twisted the shaft on the right rear axle by about 33 degrees and it caused the wheel to wobble enough to make the wheel scrape against the dust plate.

I have done the same to the same exact axle shaft.

I would also pull off the tire/rotor to see if anything is stuck in the parking brake drum.

Wheels are spinning straight. Opened up rear diff to find this, two teeth on the pinion missing some thing....

Little pieces of the pinion gear..

Ring gear looks perfect. Trail 1 Alloy 5.13 pinion 0...

Dang Bro, That don't look right
A twisted shaft would have been a much easier fix....
