Here is my new DD. Its not a Rubi but now I can beef up my rig once this is put back together. So, the knuckle is snapped, the Tcase is cracked in half, the axle may be shot too not sure, going to dissect this bad boy on Monday and all the cosmetic you can pretty much see. If anyone has anything to donate to the cause please PM me. I have springs, CAs, TB, and TR, but thats all Ive got so far. Thanks guys

I'll purchase parts too. Its a 1998 2.5L 5spd
Looks like a project. Gives you full reign on the one in your avatar to go big. The '98 should have 4.56 gears. Lots o luck!
Yes sir it is. As soon as I can get this smashed one up and running then my rig is going under construction :D I hope its not too much of a pain to fix but shes gonna need some lovin, thats why Im trying to scout these parts so I can spend my hard earned cash on my main rig.
How should I go about this? Replace the bracket or heat it up and bend it. If I replace it what do I go with?

I would cut the mount off and replace it. If you heat and bend it, the metal will fatigue and could snap later on. Poly performance makes the mounts or you can buy the stock bracket from the dealership.

edit- here are a few.

Agree with the above. Heating and bending will only weaken the mount further. With the amount of strain put on this, I think replacement is the best option.
Ballistic, poly p, etc. There are a ton. Do it right and replace it. They aren't that expensive. Maybe $35-50.
If the temperature is kept between 900 to 1150 deg F you can work miracles as far as reshaping. However learning from scratch on a suspension component is not the best idea.

Getting over 1150 to 1200 deg will change the grain structure and not for the better either.

Well, im going to order the piece at the stealership. Im still torn as to what I should do about the axle though. Im debating whether to upgrade my axle on my rig and swap it or find one out of the junk yard. I dont think it would be a good idea to have both rigs down at the same time. Decisions, decisions :?

If you have an option to upgrade your axles on your Rubicon do it now. This DD jeep's value would go up with the D44's.
