ok i was told that when installing a new motor mount that u want to snug the
bolts then start the engine so the motor adjusts the mounts to seat them in the
right place now ive never heard of this but kind of makes since but not sure
about starting the motor with out it tight and secure with out damaging something
has anyone else heard of this

Don't know about others, but I left the tcase to skid mounting bolts loose after BL/BMML combo, drove it back and forth in drive, then snugged up. I tightened the BMML before starting. (both JKS)

I had totaly tightened mine down and installed a BL before i started the engine no problems so far

I have helped install several MMLs and always leave slightly loose and start motor and put in gear to let the motor find its desired place of rest. While installing the MML it is possible to get the motor cocked slightly .
