Thinking about these in 15x8 to run 33x12.50 15's.

Is 3 5/16 (3.3125) enough backspacing? Seems like it may stick the tires out too far.

Thoughts? Pics? Thanks!

I am running the classic locks with 3 1/4" BS on the LJ with 35x12.5 R15s. The further you space out the tires the more stress on the bearings but the more stability in turns/off camber because of the wider stance. With 33x12.5R15s you need about 3.75" backspacing for no rubbing. You are only spacing them out less than 1/2" more.

Cool. So how much further out past your flares do your tires stick out? I'm searching for pics of your LJ...
How strict are your states laws on how much tire you can have outside the flare? Here in CA enforcement is fairly strict.

1. its Oklahoma! Don't know that law specifically but pretty sure i'll be ok.

2. Plans are to tube fender the front and probably the back to match because of damage from PO. So I can adjust flares as necessary.

But while doing the mods wanted to see how far out the tires would be.
