Hi all,
I'm about to make this modification to a 2008 Rubicon, and I would like to know where to mount the T- handle end of the actuator cable, the installation instructions recommend mounting it on the inner fender, but where exactly .... ?
I can't find a suitable location, can someone help me ?
thank you
Giacomo

The JKS model has these pictures of the mounting location. I have a TJ or I would take my own picture and direct you better.

Thank you Norminator,
I had seen this photo, but I still don't understand the exact place
If you could send me some pics of your setup that would be great

I don't understand what you mean....
so do you think Norminator will send me some photos of the fitting on his TJ ?
Giacomo
Take some pictures and post them here of your fender that closely match the pictures I posted and we’ll go from there.

I can’t tell which side the T-handle routes toward. Passenger?

Views of the top of your engine bay aren’t going to help. You’re cable Is routed down in the sway bar area.

Hi all,
since it seems that no one has mounted this modification on their Wrangler JK, this time I'll give you a possible solution...

Hi Norminator,
If you tell me that, does it mean that there is anything strange you noticed on my installation of JKS cable?
In any case, during disassembly something strange I noticed on the internal mechanism of electric sway bar.
That is, in my opinion, the problem for which the electric sway bar gets stuck frequently is caused by an irregular match between the engagement fork of the gear and the inside of the main gear housing.
In fact, that irregular match could result from penetration of dirt inside gear housing because of wear and team of oil seals placed at both ends of gear housing.
So, during mechanical assembly of JKS cable conversion kit, I trimmed where the gear fork enters inside gear housing. In this way, the fork mechanism works better and pulling the T handle of the cable, the engagement fork pulls the spline collar onto the splined gear.

How does it work now? Are you pleased?
Now it works correctly and I'm happy, but you have problems with the bar on your TJ Rubicon ?

In fact that's what I thought, so I don't understand how you thought to help me by sending me a picture of the bar on your TJ, which doesn't have the electronic one.....

Jeeps are changing models so often if we only stick to our own model, we’ll be lonely.
