I used the Rustoleum Peelable spray paint in matt black on my wheels yesterday.

"peelable" meaning it can peel off or no?

I'm guessing it's the Rustoleum version of "Plasti-Dip" (in a spray can).
Home Depot sells it.... yep, it peels off.

Ace fender delete plates,crawler conceptz front, rear bumpers and boat side sliders on it but also have rear corners with poison spider tail light kit to be installed later. Warn VR 8000 winch with rangers synthetic line & warns line stopper,procomp wheels on Nitto trail grapplers 33”,DV8 avengers hood need to repair and install,sunpie led headlights,parking and turn signals. Power stop braking,poison spider tramp stamp with a China led plate light. Metal cloak HD steering kit to be installed. Lots more in boxes.
