I have been ordering a bunch of parts for my rubi and after I install all the skids (tank, xcase, oilpan/tranny, steering box, F&R diffs) and the jeeperman rear bumper/carrier this jeep is going to be heavy!!!!!

Then comes the front bumper, winch and sports cage.

I wouldn't be surprised if its over the GVWR (4600lbs) when all is said and done with two people in the vehicle.

That 2"BB lift I got is going to be needed just to keep it level :)

Don't forget the fire extinguishers, tools, CB radio, second battery, onboard air system, aftermarket control arms, track bars, etc., etc, etc. Welcome to the Dark Side.

In our family, when we say let's take the little Jeep, we are referring to the WJ.

Its funny you saying all this about the weight, I just took off my stock Gas skid to shorten it up a bit...the hole bottom the skid on the inside was filled with clay.. about 10lbs worth, all the holes were filled with mud and unable to drain...

On a side note, if you keep you weight as low a possible, it will help keep you on the ground wheels down instead of wheels up!!! :p

If your worried about the weight making the jeep lopsided or if it sits heavy in the front, you can order some 2.5" adjustable coil spacers from Fabtech. I think I am going to go with these so I can adjust my height accordingly.
