Intermittent wipers quit, now only works like having 6 low speed settings and 1 high speed, also doesn't return to home position when turned off they stop right where they're turned off. Ideas?

I have a TJ, but did some reading. I’d disconnect the stalk, remove it and check the various pins for continuity. I’d look for a relay or solenoid and maybe replace it. I’d look for the motor and maybe replace it. I saw some people were cleaning contacts. I’m not sure how the JK’s are set up. It would be great for you to do a writeup on this and take pictures.

I saw a write up with pics where he had grease on his contacts from the worm gear. JK Forum l believe it was.

I would guess that the wiper motors has a open
The park circuit is internal.to the motor and if the motor does not know where park is then it cannot perform the intermittent function
