Just be sure to get the correct install kit. Dont forget to groove the housing before the arb goes in. If you want your dash light to still work let me know.

Take your time, clean everything and pay attention to how things cam appart. Also remember to get some load on the carrier when checking the gear pattern.

I assume you are regearing or did you get the arb carrier to except the thick rubi gears?

What do you mean groove the housing? Are their any links you could send me?

I will be putting a new ring and pinion in as well... so no on the thick rubi gears...
Check the ARB site and you shall see.
SO you are using a standard dana 44 arb and gear set. So you will need the rubi install kit and ring bolts for the standard 44.

By grooving the housing I mean you have to groove an oil relief into the housing so you dont pressurize the tube and shoot it all out the vent tube. I'll try and find a picture. The arb instructions do have it in there.
That is an old style arb. Things have changed.
