How do these bolt pattern options make sense?

I am not sure.. how you can have 5x114.3/5x120 and 5x114.3/5x127 patterns as singular selection, teach me?

Way back in the day I had some ET unilug wheels that had an oval slot for the lug nuts to afford multiple bolt patterns.
The washer was an insert that fit into the slot and could be positioned to give different patterns.

That rim with an oval hole makes my head hurt.
Don't worry, it was WAY before my Jeep days.
I'm not going to say what they were on but I can assure you there was little chance they would have been a problem. ;)

I can guarantee what they were on, did not have a shoulder portion of a seatbelt and maybe no seat belt at all.

Just to be clear...
these are the washers/lugs that are used with the wheels.
The oval washer with the offset hole can go on either offset to the center or outside allowing two different bolt patterns, the oval washer with the centered hole allows the option of a third bolt pattern.

Although they aren't as good as hub centric wheels they were fine for the application at the time.
