and include how lift you have, whether you have a t-case lowering kit, and if you run a belly up t-case skid.

thanks, i'll start:

driveshaft: 25 degrees
pinion: 20 degrees (i know, needs adjusting)
lift: 4.5"
t/c lowering kit: NO
belly up: NO

lift: 4.5" / was suppose to be 3.5''
t/c lowering kit: NO
belly up: long arm skid plate

here`s some pics...
try to find center of pinion....this seems to be about right

find center of shaft

kinda center is best bottom of knuckle for u-joint same angle as shaft

angle is same on jeep as floor

angle on floor


hope these help..
pics are quick an simple..when my buddy stu was with me he made more precise measurments using all sorts of crap. took 4 hands his way..LOL
i kinda got same results going simple.

guage can be had from Harbor Frieght..
i dont like buying cheap tools..however how can one resist a good
cheap guage for $5.00
