You cuold call Genright and ask if they would sell just the valve. Maybe they would sell it. I know the factory pieces are hard to find. The other option is to call the jeep-only junk yards
Gas Tank Check Valve
I need to replace my gas tank skid plate and forgot to disconnect this valve (roll over valve?), it leads to the evap area and has "ROV" embossed on the gas tank. Does anyone have any intel on replacing this? The numbers are 051234AC but they don't really produce any results online.
