If you have the other piece, use gas tank sealant and put them back together, or you could do what you said. Whatever you think is easier.
Gas Tank Check Valve
I need to replace my gas tank skid plate and forgot to disconnect this valve (roll over valve?), it leads to the evap area and has "ROV" embossed on the gas tank. Does anyone have any intel on replacing this? The numbers are 051234AC but they don't really produce any results online.
