The one I have, has their proprietary disconnects, and they are a pita. Nothing quick about them, unlike the Uncle Mike's.
So my recommendation. Do NOT get this one [This is what I have]

This is the one you want to get
Option 2 is the one I have been eyeing.
What is the Uncle Mike thing?

These, on the other hand, Suck. They are supposed to be easier to use and end up being a complete Pita

Hmm, looks like the pita ones look like they are to be squeezed from both sides.
Are the buttons just tight, or is the problem not being able to get a grip on them.
I prefer the button ones.

They slide up and down
so you have to push those sides towards the gun. If the area where the quick connect mount is tight, it's extremely hard to do. So getting them off, is when it's a pita

I was riding my bike on Saturday. I stopped at a park and had to get something out of my top bar bag for a woman to look at. It's also where I keep my extra mags. She says, do you think you need that many bullets on a bike ride? Me, You always carry more than you think you may need. No more discussion.

Ran another three 30 round mags through my new B&T APC9 Sub-gun and sighted in its new Trijicon MRO red dot. I really like Trijicon except for the cost . I have a 56mm Trijicon Accupoint on my AR10 - wonderful glass.

Those are really nice, but DAYUM they are expensive.

@Wildrat People just don't get it. It's rare that criminals act alone nowadays. So having enough ammunition to deal with 3-4 gun wielding attackers is a necessity.

They are sheep, and nothing will happen to them because they are a nice individual. I'd carry the pistol on my back if people would not freak. LOL

Ordered a scope and scope mounts for my 50yo Benjamin Pump rifle. I went to shoot it the other day and the iron sight was gone. It was going to cost 30+ bucks to replace the sight. I got the scope, mount, and weaver rings for 66 off Amazon. The scope is inexpensive, good enough for an air rifle, 3-9x40. I've gotten more squirrels with this rifle over the years than I can remember.

I open carry in our little town and a couple of places in the big city (about 20k population). In Texas anyone can open carry (constitutional carry) but need a license to carry concealed. Usually I don't want anyone to know I'm carrying for several reasons so I go concealed.

In Alabama, we can open carry, and carry concealed with no permit requirement. We still need to have a permit to conceal carry in other states. I also do not let anyone know I am carrying, not unless they chance seeing a mag when I open a bag on my bike.

The sling is nice. I have tried it in both dual and single point. Adjustments are quick. The nylon is supple and not stiff. I like it, and the wolf can't believe his eyes
That whole setup kicks ass.
Instead of registering, I am going to get that Buffer tube for mine, just in case.
The Magpul Sling is really nice. I am going to covert mine to the push connects you have on yours. All that will end up doing is eliminating a lot of my extra sling material, which I don't need.
