Elff:

How did you do the speaker pod relocation? Did you have to do any drilling?

yes I did

I flipped the speakers from driver side to passenger and vice versa
after I found where they attach to the centerbar
I drilled from back to front on the center bar to attach them there
Then I used 2 self tapping screws on the sidebars on each side

Hey Elf...got any Pics? I was just thinking about this today. What did you do (if anything) about the hole left in the roll bar fabric? Wonder if that can, somehow, be flipped as well.

I think that my head would hit the speakers in that position......

The sound is about the same as before, but I would assume better than it would be if the pads were on the other side of a plastic window.

I am short so I am not even close to the pods, but someon 6' tall might hit them

Now see, my problem is in their stock location, they are too close and if I did anything, i would move them back towd trhe bend in the sport bar, but without a crosspiece, you can't mount them stock-like there.
