Comp cut, mud flaps?

Hey all,

Are any of you out there in ROF running a comp cut in VA? I am hoping that someone is to see how much trouble you had getting your jeep to pass safety inspection. I have read all of the threads discussing tire coverage and checked the VA laws. Unfortunately the VA law book doesn't cover comp cuts on Jeeps...

If you are running a comp cut in VA did you have to use a sort of mud flap kit when you took it in for a safety inspection or did they pass you regardless?
