Ever try to pull your seatbelt out when on an incline, only to find it has locked and is unusable? If not ... one day you will.

I got the center rear seat belt from a newer model dodge mini van (1999 or so) and mounted it stacked under the stock seat belt tensioner on the roll bar down beside my seat. Now if my regular seat belt won't work I just grab the lap belt, which just lies beside the seat the rest of the time. It is the same head as the stock belt so it clicks into the stock release beside the console.

Used the lap belt three times on Sunday. I LOVE having the option of grabbing it for times when the shoulder belt locks up or for situations where you want to move around more than the shoulder belt will allow.
