Hey...I hate to be a flake, but this weekend is not going to work for me. I've been trying to get outta town for the last three weeks and life keeps pulling me back in. The latest issue is some car issues...Acura water pump. Some bright engineer thought it was good to put it behind the left front wheel, behind the crankshaft pully, behind the timing chain cover, and behind the timing chain. We cracked the pully trying to get it off, but we are gonna win.

Rats! I am sad that I missed the trip. I just found out about it today. I have not been on here since the end of October.

Perhaps another trip will be planned for the near future? There are some other good trails, not as far out as Big Bear, in the Silverwood Lake area. Right off of the I-15.

No, but let's reactivate for the 21 or 28th of May

Which trails you planning on running?

I wouldn't mind tagging along on the 21st maybe but the 28th is Memorial weekend. I'm hoping to head up to Bishop for some fishing during Memorial.

John Bull would be kewl. I need to do Holcomb Creek or Dishpan Springs yet.

I have plans this weekend. By the way...How do you like your 285's? I was thinking 285s and probably going with 305s.

I like my LT285s. They did not suck up too much power. They fill the wheel wells, with the 2"s of lift I have, nicely. At full stuff the outside edges of the tires rub the inside edges of the flares. Not damaging, though. With the steering wheel turned all the way, to either side, the inside edges rub the lower control arms. I just turn the wheel back a few degrees to stop it.

I'm suppose to be framing up my Patio this weekend.
