Backup Camera with oversized spare tire.

put 35's on my 2021 Unlimited Rubicon and the backup camera sits inside the wheel so that it looses about 2 inches of screen when turned on. is there some sort of an extension that could get the camera out of the wheel and to the edge so you see the whole picture. thanks for any help.

Did you also change wheels? Or change the tire carrier? Our 2019 JLU has been on 315's since day one, on the factory wheels using the factory carrier with no diminishment of camera FOV. The camera mounts outside the wheel.

Having a hard time envisioning how your camera sits inside the wheel to the extent it limits FOV?

My homemade mount for my JK. A guy could extend it easily by adding a piece of flat stock to the aluminum angle bolted to the upright piece.

Good pictures to show the issue you're having. A pic of the camera mount without the tire would help.

Did you find a solution to this? I have same problem when I replaced my rims.

What year model is your Jeep? What kind of wheel/rim?

Did you happen to find a solution for this problem on the rearview camera? I changed my wheels and I'm having the same issue. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Hello All. My solution is working so far. Took the bumper sensors and switched the end of bumper sensor with the below the wheel sensor. There is a hood on the corner sensor that blocks the oversized wheel. You have to fiddle a bit with the placement back into the socket, but working like a charm. Give it a try - works for me.
Thanks for all the help.
