That will be okay. You only effectively increased your tire diameter by 1/2 inch (the other half is on the bottom). You lifted the body 1" so even with hitting the bump stops you still have 1/2" more than you did factory. i.e. Say stock 31's had 1" of clearance at full stuff. You raised the body 1", so now you would have 2" of clearance at full stuff. Now increase tire diameter 1" to 32's. Remember you need to divide difference by 2. So now at full stuff you would have 1 1/2". 1/2" of tire increase. Of course that is in a perfect world, and with a slightly larger width tire, you would lose more, but not enough to hit.
In other words, "Don't worry about it, you will be fine."
