I run and have installed a lot of Jeep lifts. JKS, BDS, and Mopar. Mid range lifts mostly ride the same so pick the one you can get a deal on. The only thing to watch out for is the ride height. Most 2 or 2.5 lifts are for base Jeeps so on a Rubicon you will get a inch of lift only.

I just bought some new springs for my JK. I went with JKS springs because I like a progressive spring. They claim to be U.S. made.

I just did a mopar 2 inch. I did not measure but think about a inch of lift. The mopar does not come with a front track bar or a rear relocation bracket but it does come with front lower control arms. The lift handles really well and I would recommend it for a street or gravel road use.
How much money your budget has can be the determining factor. Stuff is just expensive now a days.
Whatever you decide give the company a e-mail before you buy and see what lift you can expect.
