First add on.. Bike rack for the mountain bike. Planning to pull the winch off the LJ this weekend and get it mounted. Future plan is probably a 2" lift once the I get the LJ sold. Any recommendations on lift?

I run and have installed a lot of Jeep lifts. JKS, BDS, and Mopar. Mid range lifts mostly ride the same so pick the one you can get a deal on. The only thing to watch out for is the ride height. Most 2 or 2.5 lifts are for base Jeeps so on a Rubicon you will get a inch of lift only.

I just bought some new springs for my JK. I went with JKS springs because I like a progressive spring. They claim to be U.S. made.
Interesting and thanks for the info. New to the JL so learning. I have read similar. So it sounds like the Rubicon comes with taller springs then a non-Rubicon? I was not sure if it was that or just the highline fenders. To me if you are lifting you also need a front adjustable track bar and possibly a rear or a relocation bracket.
Does the Mopar 2" lift give you the 2" on a Rubicon?
I have been wheeling for almost 20 yrs and feel like a Newbie!
