Dave,
I am an electrician, so I had the tools to make it easy for me. It's so worth it in the end to hide the wires. The clean look is incredible. I used grommets on all the holes, black RTV to fill in the grommets after the wires went through them, and after 6 months, everything is still working great and looks great.

PDXDave I have that same bumper as well and my only concern is the thickness of the winch mounting plate area itself. I did a light test pull when I re-spooled my rope and the whole thing flexed enough to make me nervous..., Mine came on the Jeep and I can't afford to do an ARB at the moment with the other projects I have going, so my plan is to build a 3/16 plate that will fit between the bumper and the frame, using the same mountain points as the bumper and winch.
It'll be a 30 dollar project and make this a pretty solid piece.

XRC or Barricade are the two brand names. They are the identicle bumper from both manufacturers.

Hot water and that purple cleaner in the purple bottle works great. Can't remember the name of the stuff, ugh.
