check the radiator cap to make sure it`s in perfect condition and the proper psi rating
I had a problem with overheating when i did a Alum Radiator on my 2003
new cap and zero issues after.

Tracked down my issue. The ground lead for the radiator fan was not tight enough, put a little bit of torque to it. Fan now runs.
