Exhaust leak.

My 2007 Rubicon developed an exhaust leak in the drivers side engine area. Brought it to the local dealer here in southeast Texas. They told me it was an exhaust manifold gasket and did the repair. Two days later the same noise is back, and this time they say the left side manifold is cracked. They gave me the old part and I couldn't believe how severe the crack was. Any comments?

Re: Exhaust leak.

Yep, common problem with Jeep manifolds developing cracks or just coming loose.

I never forget a face. But in your case, I'll make an exception.

my buddy`s 98 TJ has had 1/2 dozen manifolds replaced due to cracking
Borla was the brand and it has the "lifetime warranty"
