Another non-eventful Jeep ride. I am almost tempted to put the new rotors on, but I won't. I don't trust this Jeep, it is sneaky!

Next approach I recommend is routing air tubes from the air conditioning vents directly to the calipers. LOL

Come on over - there's 58 acres for sale just a half a mile away. Every year there's a road bike club that pedals all around our hilly roads.

How much does 58 acres go for in Texas? Are you on a well and septic tank? Are there trees? Is there a Walmart nearby? Does UPS & Fed X deliver? Does the USPS deliver mail?

Just as soon as I win the Florida lottery I will be there! Of course I will have to get a lottery ticket first, so it could be awhile, not unless the brakes behave for the next few months, then I'll drive over to Florida. LOL
It would be nice to be out of here. You's likely see my dogs more than me!

Depends on the area but 58 acres can go for as little as 100k to several million.

Most of those places are well and septic system. there are lots of trees. Juniper, cedar, mesquite etc. If they dont have a walmart they'll have a HEB which is better. And yes typically all mail services deliver.

Thumbs up

What Chris said .
Our rural area is growing - people are moving in from the Left coast and even nearby cities. Raw land around us in going for as much as $8-10K per acre, if you have live water (spring, creek, etc) the price can double/triple/quadruple? Our little nearby town now has a Family Dollar and a new Mexican restaurant but we haven't made the big time yet - there's no stop lights.

While we love living out here, it's a 40 to 50 mile round trip to the grocery stores and major big city shopping is a 150 mile round trip.
