headlights issue

so a week ago when i started turning on my headlights, the blue high beam light would flash and the headlights will not work Once since they did work and the high beam light did not flash. So I thought it was the stalk and bought a new one. Now when I turn on the headlights, not only do they not work but the odometer goes dark. 2006 LJ.

I had the same symptom but only on one headlight. Found the headlight connection/plug loose. Removed and tweaked the connections and plugged back in and symptoms gone. I don't know what to say of the issue after stalk replacement.

found the issue and I am a moron. Was working on the jeep and the airock connects to power using a spade connector. It normally goes into the radio spot. Well I was not paying attention and put it into the DRL fuse below. So FLLJ you were on the right track and made me think, thanks.
