CPS issue 06 LJ rubi

06 LJ rubi, manual. get a weird issue.

I start it up and while not moving the speeedometer starts showing speed and when It gets to 30 it dies. The jeep never moved. I pulled the sensor (wire part, not the mechanical part)from another jeep and same issue. It throws P0340 or P0344. I was playing with a wiring issue before this. Worried I screwed up the PCM. Think it is the mechanical part of the CPS? PCM?
