Anyone run a PowerTank in their LJ?

I've been looking on the web for some PowerTank mounting ideas for the LJ. Can't seem to find much. Found a couple pictures of a TJ.. one very custom and the other on the driver rollbar, everything else seems to be a JK.. :/

Mine is on the jerry can mount of my RockHard swing out tire carrier.

I am considering moving away from using the tank. Twice I have needed a fill at an off roading destination (Moab and Buena Vista) and found no filling facility or the facility was out of CO2.

I have a 20# tank mounted to my left rear cage tube. The power tank is half as big so it will fit just fine. Just make a bracket clamped to the tube that bolts to the PT mount. I made a bracket and used threaded rod between tank mount and my bracket. Access with liftgate open is nice. Been in use for many years.

Would you mind taking pictures for me?

Got the *10 lb* one.. here's how I ended up mounting it...

I think I might clock it a bit more towards the driver side .. the top looks like it's touching but there's about an inch of clearance on top.. and about 2-3" of clearance at the bottom before it touches anything. So I still have a bit of room to maneuver it.

I recently moved this tank from my TJ to my JK. Mounted on the back driver side. I got a deal on the tank and mounting bracket as a close out from The Source.http://offroadair.net/pdf/The_Source_Brochure_8.5x11.pdfbut

But I needed to get the grinder out and smooth off sharp/square corners. After grinding the base of the mount to a safer round shape I cut a plastic hose down the middle on one side and mounted it on the rim of the mounts base. I have never bumped it but just to be safe as that part is close to someones head when loading gear in the back.

I bought a good mount to attach the tank to the roll bar from Power Tank https://powertank.com/collections/po...ower-tank-pair
This mount really is pro, the tank will never go anywhere.
