I have the same color 2004 Rubi. Thanks for the excellent build thread. Very cool. What brand was the short arm 4" that you tried first? Just wondering, and also how you liked it. Tnx

my first lift was a 4" short arm pro comp from 4wp.. at the time it allowed me to achieve what i wanted.. it worked great for the 3 years i used it.. i replaced the front control arm bushings once.. after i removed it, i gave to my buddy and he is still using it on his 2001 TJ..

only thing left on my 2004 rubicon that makes it a rubicon is the 4:1 t~case.. i now have 1 tons and 42's..

Installed my stretch corners over the weekend.. Gonna remove them and paint them when I get a chance..

pure jeep/full traction.. since i already had the full traction 6" long arm lift, i went with the 5" stretch kit they offer.. the kit came with the stretch corners and a new gas tank.. the gas tank was cheaper than genrite's by $50..
